I grant my consent to the processing of my personal data (hereinafter also “data”) in order to complete the process of enrolment on studies at the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business during the academic year 2024/2025.
Concurrently, I acknowledge that:
- The Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, having its seat at ul. Komandorska 118/120, 53-345 Wrocław, NIP: 896-000-69-97, tel.: +48 71 36 80 100, fax: + 48 71 36 72 778, email: kontakt@ue.wroc.pl is the Data Controller.
- The contact data of the Data Protection Inspector are as follows: email: iod@ue.wroc.pl.
- Personal data will be processed pursuant to Art. 23.1.1. of the Act on Personal Data Protection of 29 August 1997 (Dz. U. /Journal of Laws/ No. 133, item 883 as amended), and since 25 May 2018, on the basis of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, including on the basis of Art. 6.1.a.
- Making the personal data available is voluntary. If the personal data are not provided, the enrolment process with regard to the person whom such data concern will not be conducted.
- The personal data will be stored for the period when the enrolment process is conducted.
- The data will be made available exclusively to the persons authorized by the Personal Data Controller for the purpose of processing them in connection with the enrolment process and to the entities processing personal data pursuant to the agreements concluded with the Data Controller.
- In line with the principles set out in the Act on Personal Data protection of 27 August 1997, and since 25 May 2018, in line with the principles set out in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council and in the case of fulfilling the conditions specified in the above legal acts, with regard to the Personal Data Controller I have a right to access my personal data, submit a request to rectify, supplement and delete them and to restrict their processing, a right to object to processing, a right to move such data and a right to file a complaint with the body supervising the processing of personal data in compliance with the personal data protection provisions.
- I have a right to withdraw this consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent will have no impact on the legality of the processing carried out pursuant to such consent prior to its withdrawal.
- The personal data will not be transferred to a third country in the meaning of the Act on Personal Data protection of 27 August 1997, and since 25 May 2018, in the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
- The decision-making process based solely on automatic processing, including profiling, in the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, will not be used.
